Our Services
We offer personalized treatment for individual clients ranging from high schoolers to adults. The members of our team specialize in the use of EMDR to provide individualized treatment for anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, OCD, motivation issues, and experiences of abuse and neglect both recent and in the past. Our confidential services can be provided in-person or remotely, in accordance with strict adherence to HIPAA and privacy protocols. If you decide to work with us, you can count on being made to feel as though you matter to us, that your privacy matters to us, and that your goals matter to us.
What Sets Us Apart
Every member of our team is a licensed Social Worker. As such, we believe in the importance of helping our clients reach the highest degree of self-sufficiency that is appropriate and available to them, as quickly as is safe and possible. Our goal is to work with you to help you not need us or therapy as quickly as possible. We recognize this isn’t a great business model, as we are effectively trying to put ourselves out of a job. What can we say… we’re Social Workers, not MBAs.
Every treatment experience is personalized for the specific needs and goals of each client, based on what the client wants to get out of therapy, in order for the time, money, and energy that they are putting in to feel “worth it” to them.
